The buying process
• Find your new home
Find your property on our website under the tab "Properties" you can easily enter your search criteria for the accommodation you are looking for. Here you can filter according to your wishes like property type, area, price range, number of rooms, etc. Under the tab "Map Search" you can start to search for the homes that are available in a given area. Even here you can filter your housing criteria. You can also ask us for advice on housing and areas that fits best with your preferences.
• Contact us, we are planning the views
If you are interested in any object, please call us or send an email. Then we will together with you go through the properties and schedule times for viewing. If you should find any other properties on any other website please contact us so we can coordinate be your partner. We have access to almost every property that is available on the market in Spain.
• Financing
Before you plan your trip to Spain, we advise you to prepare your financing. If you need a financing contact us and we will advise you how to solve that in the best way, there are different options. We also help you to secure the best exchange rate (better than the traditional banks). This is something that many buyer do not think about but it can save a lot of money.
